ACE Utilities Software Pre-Release (PR14210) for FWP 11.0.x.x Now Available

A pre-release set of utilities is now available (May 22nd 2010) for FWP 11.0.x.x (PR14210). Clients should contact ACESEA at acesea.acesea.com (and/or acesea@aol.com) to request access to the pre-release software for FWP 11.0.x.x.

ACE Utilities Software Release May 1st 2010

The ACE FrameWorks Utilities were Released (R12110) May 1st 2010. The release included: FWP 10.0.x.x support, 41st application Combine Libraries and modifications to 4 utilities. See release details.

The May 1st Software Release includes a new set of utilities for FWP 10.0.x.x.

41st Utility- Combine Libraries

The 41st utility, Combine Libraries was released on May 1, 2010. See Combine Libraries User Manual.

ACE Utilities - Seven Sets of Utilities Available for FrameWorks versions FWP 10.0.x.x, FWP 9.0.x.x, FWP 8.0.x.x, FWP 7.1.x.x/7.2.x.x/7.3.x.x, FWP 7.0.x.x (2 sets) & FWP 3.1.x.x/3.2.x.x.

FWP 10.0.x.x: There is currently one set of ACE FrameWorks Utilities for FrameWorks Version 10.0.x.x.

FWP 9.0.x.x: There is currently one set of ACE FrameWorks Utilities for FrameWorks Version 9.0.x.x.

FWP 8.0.x.x: There is currently one set of ACE FrameWorks Utilities for FrameWorks Version 8.0.x.x.

FWP 7.1.x.x/7.2.x.x/7.3.x.x: There is currently one set of ACE FrameWorks Utilities for FrameWorks Version 7.1.x.x/7.2.x.x/7.3.x.x.

FWP 7.0.x.x: There are currently two sets of ACE FrameWorks Utilities for FrameWorks Version 7.0.x.x. There is one set for FWP versions 7.00.00.00 thru 7.00.00.16 - distributed as acefpl7016 (compiled under version 7.00.00.16). There is a second set of utilities for FWP Version 7.00.00.19 & later - distributed as acefpl70 (compiled under version 7.00.00.19). The set distributed as acefpl70 will not work in versions of FWP prior to 7.00.00.19 (a error will be followed by a version mismatch message - ACEVERS.EXE can be utilized to determine correct version for all MA's). The 7.00.00.19 set includes several FPL fixes such as named groups for solids for most applications. For FWP version 7.00.00.16 or earlier the acefpl7016 set must be utilized.

FWP 3.1.x.x/3.2.x.x: There is currently one set of ACE FrameWorks Utilities for FrameWorks Version 3.1.x.x/3.2.x.x.

DIMENSIONAL SOLUTIONS Supports Foundation Import

Dimensional Solutions, Inc. - now offers the ability to write the .FDN file developed and supported by the ACE FrameWorks Utilities. The Foundation Import Utility can be utilized to import foundations designed with Dimensional Solutions – Advanced Software for Foundation Design into FrameWorks.
